I need 2 pistons/rods from a 98, 4.6, DOHC, Continental engine...or whatever other engine they came in. These are VERY shallow dish (almost non-existant) 3cc pistons...
Still waiting for my books/pubs to arrive, but I need to get the heads off of the block NOW. I've got everything off of the engine except the heads. This might be old hat for most of you, but I have NO idea how to remove the chain drives to the heads or what to do/not to do while removing...
Why are half of the intake ports in the lower plenum of my 32 valve heads square, and the other half round? And WHAT is/are the butterflies in half of the ports for? The shafts are hooked up to linkage/mechanical cables which run into a black box that has nothing else going into it but a wire...
I don't even know if this is real (the air tube), or if it's a rendering, but it would be PERFECT to mount a set of dual K&N's to the backwards TB in my Mark VIII. Does anyone have any info on if it's the real deal and, if it is, where I might get one?...:D
