Only noticed this today as temp only dropped to 15F for the first time since I got the 06LS. About 5-7 ticks on startup that go away after the RPMs drop down. Anything I should be worried about? Car has been running perfectly fine thus far. As always, many TIA :cool:

Has anyone used caliper covers on their LS? It would be quite a lot easier than powder coating it, plus I can't find a danged person in the Ames / Des Moines / Ankeny area who can do it (power-coating) :(

Does anyone else get a fair bit of wind noise at highway speeds (say >= 75mph)? Seems to be coming from the rear windows and the weather striping seems alright.

Am thinking of replacing the stock nav/THX headunit in an 06LS elite (probably with an AVIC X710BT). How many pre-outs would I need to hook an aftermarket HU up with the factory THX amps? Also, does the voltage level matter? eg. the X710BT is 3x 2V, Z110BT is 3x 4V, Kenwood DNX9140 is 6x 5V...
