I have an '06 V8 with throttle-by-wire. I'd like to clean out the throttle body. I have heard issues where the TPS needed reset do to forcing open the throttle on some cars, costing chuck of change at the dealer. How can I either, Open it to wide open position or force open then reset it?

Is there a dash kit for the middle thats for the radio, ash tray, air control, ect. that is not a vinyl sticker kit? I want to pop out old stuff pop in new stuff. I want it to perfectly match the rest of the wood thats already there.
