I have noticed that my 98 towncar makes a strange vibration when I pass 45-55 MPH. I have noticed this on every Ford Vehicle I've driven. What is this? Can it be fixed?

I was told that it is possible to adjust the ride height of my 98 town car. I only have air ride on the rear. How would I go about doing this? Does anybody have any pics?
