Hey bro. I got the same sound on my 96. MIne only comes from the passenger side though. I just changed over to the lowered coil kit and its still there so im changing the shocks this weekend. I'll let you know if it solves the problem.

OK so Monroe Sensatrac 5965's. Do I get the same year as my car but in tbird? and does it come with the upper mounts? This guy told me to watch out cause alot of people give you just the shocks and no upper mounts.

I heard the ones for the thunderbird are too short?

I just did the strutmasters coil coversion on my 96 and I would highly recommend it. If your gonna do the rear you should do the shocks too while your at it.

I just changed out the airbags in my mark viii for the lowered strutmasters conversion kit and now I want to change the rear shocks also. Any suggestions on which ones to buy? I found a pair for 200 bucks at suncoreindustries.com and a pair for 140 at arnottindustries.com???
