    A few miles out of Carlise, PA on route 76 East while doing 63 miles per hour, this happens. Tires are inexpensive (under $200.00) but body and trim work are brutal on the pockets. Estimated repair cost is $1114.00 and two weeks. It's amazing what a steel belt can to in the span of two seconds.
