Lea it's so easy..youtube it. The company I work for has a gaming department and they deal with repairs I see these guys gut a system in less than 5 minutes. Also on youtube there are other methods of trying to eject, have you tried those? If not all you would need is a L-key and a screwdriver...

Ps3 has built-in Wifi and you can actually select in the audio options to not hear any chatter from other sources such as other players or you can in game mute them also. Only the new xbox which NoLimit has built in Wifi, the old 360's don't you have it you would have to buy a wireless...
