guys, i ran these on my '00 ls. the ride is so close to stock, you won't be able to tell the difference. good price, too. having said that, be prepared to do some r&r on suspension bits, because these cars do not like to be lowered. otherwise, it looks fantastic, and rides really well.

if you can do your own labor, there are plenty of high mile units out there for under $15k. i paid ~$11k for this one. it's cherry, with exception of the miles :)

it doesn't get TOO bad, considering it's a 6k lb vehicle. i've had it a little over a month. worst it has gotten was around 12mpg in the city, and best on hwy was 21mpg. it averages around 17/18ish. if you drive it like a bat out of hell, mpg really suffers, but keep your foot out of it...

doing a little turbo rebuild tonight. yes, my friday nights are SUPER exciting ! snail is going to get a new billet comp wheel, new shaft and exhaust wheel. rebuild kit, and heat cover. factory wheel had some bent ears !

i'd start with the easy option, which is getting your tires rebalanced. if that doesn't work, maybe tie rod ends ( inner and outer ) would be my next stop.

i put in a metal impeller unit when i switched pumps a month or so ago. the plastic impellar looked less than ideal when i took a look at it, so i just took a chance and ordered the metal unit. time will tell if it was a mistake or not. water pump swap is easy peasy on these cars, so i guess...
