Problem with new regulator in passenger window

Installed it and the motor works fine, but when I use auto up, the window will go all the way up then half way down. I can power the window all the way to the top just fine though. And I can't roll the window all the way down, it will go down most of the way, but about 1.5-2 inches of the window will still be up.

It goes up and down like normal tho

You need to re-index the motor to the regulator. You should also re-initialize the motor for the auto/up down function.
