What can I use?

I got a complete motor from a 2006 f250 it's the 5.4, what engine components would I be able to swap over to my 1998 ford f250 LD with a 5.4?

You can swap the whole thing over and enjoy the better power of the 3v motor. It dont have any extra controlls or anything and should be a straight forward change.

It does? That explains so much! I was at a Mustang car show with some friends that have uber high HP Cobras and we were looking at a 2007 Mustang GT. On each valve cover there was a sensor and my first thought was variable cam timing but I had no clue if the 3v motors had that. Both my friends said they didnt and I figured they knew what they were talking about.
