Yep. I actually have a spare on my LS spare parts shelf in the garage.

Good timing. I cracked mine and replaced it with a junkyard one which also cracked on me due to age. I was going to rebuild it with some new tubing and the old fittings because I was sure it would be impossible to find a new one. I see you can still buy it for only $15. Thanks for asking before I went to all that trouble.
 
Yep, mine is only a year or so old and cracked it with my latest cooling system work. I also am using my “spare”.
 
I know this has been an ongoing debate... but if you can live with your engine cover off... it might lengthen the lifespan of those plastic vacuum lines.
 
Replace them with good quality rubber lines, those plastic ones are crap.
