Are any dealers honest these days?

The dealer's top sales Manager (reports to the president) called my daughter twice. She didn't return the calls. I did.

He wanted to know exactly what happened. I told him. He had no excuse for their screw up. (What could he say?) I didn't call him a thief, but I wanted to.

For compensation, he offered free oil changes and tire rotations to my daughter. No way.

(I can just imagine that, along with a free oil change, her wiper blades would need to be changed at a cost of $150.)

Neighbor across the street says he knew somebody who worked at that dealership. He quit. Couldn't take the loud customer complaints anymore.

Shame. Used to be a reputable dealer.
