Newer Vehicles ARE Monitoring Your EVERY Move

December 15, 1922 -- The CFR endorses World Government in its magazine Foreign Affairs. Author Philip Kerr, states:

"Obviously there is going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind as long as [the earth] remains divided into 50 or 60 independent states until some kind of international system is created... The real problem today is that of the world government."

1928-- The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution by H.G. Wells is published. A former Fabian Socialist, Wells writes:

"The political world of the ... Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments... The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasms; it may be in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York... The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed... It will be a world religion."

Granted Wells book was fiction, but...

JJ,

No offense meant... but I'm going to jump to an unfounded conclusion... that you graduated high school somewhere within the last 10 years.

If I am wrong... I apologize. But if I am right... I would say that you have already been indoctrinated to blindly accept technology as a necessary benign evil... which is far from the truth.

Look up U.N. agendas 21 and 30. Agenda 21 is already happening in Europe... and if this country falls to Socialism... it will be here too.

Nope, graduated HS in the 90s. I just know that the value tied to data is much lower than what paranoid citizens think it is, unfortunately. I used to work for the government for a short period of time right after HS and had some involvement analyzing data. You'd be surprised how little of it is housed, just based on cost alone. Most of it is sold. To companies that have assigned a dollar value to it. Anything with the government, is always dollars. The government is out there spending billions of dollars to harvest, store, manipulate data for no reason. Those bullet points have a direct dollar value and most of the time it's for companies who want to use that data to understand advanced business principles. Let's go further. Give me one recent example of when an American's data was used maliciously by the government. Sure we all heard of the NSA spying on liberties, but when was that ever used maliciously? Just curious. Or are we going to continue with the paranoid what if's and "BUT THE GOVERNMENT.... MAN...."

So... I stand corrected on your age. My apologies. However... you seemed to be dealing with consumer data... not private data. I'd be curious if there was ever any "non-negative" data that moved up above your pay grade.

On top of that... your tenure with the Gvt. was pre 9/11, pre Iraqi war, pre Isis, pre Iran nuclear deal, pre MS13... etc. etc. etc. It's a different world today... with different threats and agendas... than 20+ years ago.

Give me one recent example of when an American's data was used maliciously by the government.

I never exactly said that the data was being used maliciously... just that we were being monitored. But ... since you brought it up... this is recent.

https://beta-washingtonpost-com.cdn...errer=https://www.google.com&amp_tf=From %1$s

Continuing... if you were to do some research... there was a somewhat recent time when data was used maliciously against U.S. citizens that were considered "subversives"... during the 1960's.

What about the Experian data breach??? While most likely not perpetrated by our government... it was still against American citizens. The more data collected on individuals... the more data to be hacked and used maliciously.

My grandparents generation trusted the government. My parents generation... not so much. Me??? Somewhat... but with a guarded mind and a watchful eye.

Thanks to the founding fathers of this country... I enjoy certain freedoms, rights, and civil liberties. However... due to a major cultural shift in ideologies in this country, (that started in the 60's), those freedoms, rights, and liberties are being threatened. If the wrong people enter the political arena... they could use any collected data... against ANY U.S. citizen maliciously... to determine what rights need, (in their eyes), need to be taken away.

A little study on Socialistic countries, (including Democratic Socialistic countries), shows this to be true. It's not about "what ifs"... but about "who ifs" and "whens".

The government is out there spending billions of dollars to harvest, store, manipulate data for no reason.

You just keep on believing that. In the mean time I'll keep being thankful that they are watching for invading external threats... while hoping that they don't use that data to take away what the founding fathers have tried to assure for many generations after me.

Make sure you read the "The Program" subtitle further down the web page.

" the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 "specifically authorizes intelligence agencies to monitor the phone, email, and other communications of U.S. citizens for up to a week without obtaining a warrant" when one of the parties is outside the U.S.[36] "

When those JFK documents were released by Trump, there was a section that detailed how the CIA was embedded into a Mexican phone company IIRC. They even had the ability to intercept mail, do photo surveillance, etc., and the FBI has the ability to do things nationally like have dummy plane companies at local airports, which can then send planes from the dummy corporation out for... surveillance (planes have infra red, etc.). JFK stuff w/ Mexico was initially held back in redacted files as it was deemed "national security" and would look bad having the US government embedded within Mexico to that degree. And nowadays, "front" companies are abound.

So, even as recent as the 60's, CIA and FBI (and no, not some BS conspiracy tirade) have been monitoring things at levels most would be unaware of, and have the ability to embed and create front companies. Nowadays, your cell phone, computer, and apparently your car are doing all the surveillance gathering, whether you are a criminal committing an armed robbery or a family going to church. A question worth asking, is if the past was anything to go by, what's the present? Facebook? Google? You know, those companies that are "prebundled" into your cell phone, and just short of jailbreaking the OS, impossible to remove otherwise, despite the fact they are readily available on play store if you actually wanted the app that bad.

The people actually indifferent about all this with the car; the question to actually be asking is "WHY?" To what end does a car tracking every time you stop and open a door matter? If you had a nosy neighbor that hopped into their car and followed you 24/7, replete with video and highly detailed notes, would you be OK with that too? And this info, in the wrong hands, or the hands of someone with more money than you and hell-bent on f-ing you over, could make life miserable if they really wanted. On the opposite end, say you travel the same 10 miles as a serial killer that dumps the body at the same stop as you, but the SK doesn't carry a cell phone and has an older analog car. PD see "your" car and phone pinging everything from the dump site back to your neighborhood. Guess who just became their no. 1 suspect. It might be an extreme either way, but hope like hell you never have to deal with it. All it takes is an accusation and it's up to you to prove otherwise.

It's funny, but I bought an '82 S-10 recently. Manual brakes, manual steering, carb'd v6, 4 speed, manual windows, manual bench seat, NO dome light, but somehow managed to have AC. Not a single computer, in sight. No ability to connect or monitor. Get in and drive.

Sadly, I fear you are very much correct. Just wait till the socialists are in control.. (about five years is my guess)
Can't be any worse than the Democrat/Republican control of the last 50 years.... where it's the same coin with 2 heads.

I agree that Republicans and Democrats are two of mostly the same thing. I disagree that it can't get any worse.

Most excellently put!!! I don't think that could be said any better... to those who think privacy invasion is no big deal.

They're trying awful hard to make it 1 .

Yup... trying real hard:

The Socialist left is bashing the right for running up the deficit. What will health care for non tax paying people do?

Talk about double standards!!! Welcome to Obamacare, part i, (for immigrant)

Then there's this:

Fact Check: Kamala Harris Says Trump Economy Not Working for People

"... this economy is not working for working people..."

WTF!?!? 3.5% unemployment?

Seems the only people that aren't working...are those who dont want to work.

Then... some of the Dem(?) candidates were asked if taxes were going to go up for the middle class. LOL!!! That answer should be obvious.

Yup... Socialism is wonderful. o_O

Hopefully the lemmings figure it out before election time... or we'll go back to the way it was in the mid to late 2000's.

Spot on!
Anyone who is in denial that the government is keeping ppl in check with technology must be living under a rock...I'm all for the police using technology to trace where a certain person was at a particular time if a certain person comes up missing down by a river or what not...( must admit they catch most criminals/murderers with the person's own Phone/laptop/car) but what's next??? I heard in the future the POLICE STATE will be so bad we will have check points from county to county ...just praying it doesn't go this far....

I don't think it will get quite that bad. But... if the wrong party gets in the whitehouse, then this country could get handed over to U.N. control.

At that point it might be possible that we could have state to state check points... similar to the countries in the former soviet union... or Europe during the pre formation of the E.U.

I don't think it will get quite that bad. ...

Think about the new green deal, if any of that gets through. They'll use emissions / energy use to justify controlling everybody's travels. "You don't have a good reason to drive out 100 miles to where ever today.." It was true in the USSR. Only the official reason for it will be different here.

ehhhh... maybe. Unless this country falls under foreign control at the next election... I don't see Agenda 21 happening here any time soon.

You and I, (and others), travel for work. Can they really force us to "centralize" and find a different career? Can they stop us from visiting friends or relatives... or going on vacation?

Besides... at this point you're talking about a completely different form of government.

IIRC... even the E.U. doesn't have check points anymore... like when they were all separate. That changed with open borders.

I know this year... if I want to fly, I have to get a special drivers license... which is stupid. I have clearance for nuke plants and anything that falls under the DHS. I go through background checks all the time. Some through the FBI... and others through DISA.

If I fart wrong the government knows it. :D Now I have to have special DL to fly? Thanks anyway... I'll drive. I don't like flying anyway. My arms get tired. ;)

Al Gore wants everyone (except him) living in apartments in cities where they walk to work or take the subway. Cars and air travel only for the elite.
