I'm a relatively new LS owner and wanted to do some upgrading on my car but I'm having a hard time finding good parts for the right price...Anyone have some places I can check out for good body parts? Looking especially for a front bumper. Thanks!
 
For me, it's getting to the point of finding good parts at any price...

Shop on pull a part, set yourself up on cleveland akron and canton . Register when a LS comes in to be e mailed. Finding parts for LS is a scavenger hunt

I use RockAuto pretty much every month. I've purchased an A/C compressor and condensor, radiator, alternator, window regulator, dccv valve, rotors and pads, stabilizer bar links, degas bottle and plastic parts and probably some others I can't remember at the moment. I always use Motorcraft parts. I also have a good contact at my local dealership in the parts dept that I just last week brought him a bottle of Crown Royal for his help. I got a new Motorcraft Max battery and some nuts for my links there this past week. I found that I can buy gold coolant at the dealership pretty cheap as well. If they don't have a part I can usually get it shipped from Houston for next day. I got a harmonic balancer and front engine cover off of ebay this year. I have a 2006 with about 97k mileage. My reupholstery of front seat was done locally for around $700. I haven't needed or changed coils in over a year and a half and you have to scrounge for those too. About $390 for 8 on Rock, not including the 8 NGK plugs. :0. BTW, I just got on the list to be a swap/exchange driver for inventory needed to be delivered or picked up from other dealerships, both Ford and Lincoln. For my 1st assignment I just picked up a new 2018 Mustang GT with performance package, a couple of weeks ago and drove it back over 250 miles :). Good Luck.
