Can you swap 5 bolt wheels with crown Victoria P71 wheels

I'm not totally positive on this but I have outlined the wheel bolt patter for Town Car and Crown Victoria. The Crown Vic has a high positive off-set which I think is for a front wheel drive set-up. Why it's like this I do not know. It will have a more tucked in look, maybe even have some slight rubbing on certain components. Don't quote me on that though. Others will chime in shortly.

The Town Car has a medium positive off-set.
