HELP! Need rim Info Year/Model

Hello I have been trying to find this rim. It is a lincoln but I cannot find the year or model it came from. And there is no info about this picture that I found. I believe it aas said once 1998-2002 Continental had these but cannot find any info. Thanks

From the pictures you had provided, I believe it came from 98-02 Lincoln Town Cars. It was an option on the Cartier series.
