Sold my ls, but I still have this intake. Not perfect and shiny... But polish it up or paint it and it would look good. Comes with the maf adapter but no filter (one I had was done for)

No, Hite wasn't making them by the time I got this. I do remember a template being around too make one though. Would have to search this site.
