Brake problemo

Hello, I`ll have brake problem: Driving motorway where is very rainy day and when coming
end of motorway and press brake, red lamp coming to life release brake and lamp go off,
next traffic light nothing and when coming to garage again brake light coming and off, then shut engine I´ll hear brake motor running and little hissing sound. Brake fluid is correct height.
What can I do ?????? ( Sorry my english write)

Problem resolve: ABS relay stuck, I`m knock screwdriver that relay and motor stop running and brake is normal.
