was looking over my new 05 and saw this. Jaguar upper a-arm in the front.

AFAIK, they (stock) all are. Look at your belt, it should say "Jaguar" too.

For anyone else wondering the Gen II Lincoln LS 2003-2006 has the First generation Jaguar S-Type 2000-2002 front suspension/brakes minus coils and buckets. knuckle, ball joints, control arms, shocks, bearings, calipers, rotors, and pads are Jaguar parts not Ford.
The rear suspension is second Generation Jaguar S-Type 2003-2008 sharing all the same parts minus coils, buckets, and shocks.
Also as mentioned above yes the serpentine belt is a Jaguar belt for the 4.0L Jaguar AJV8. Many engine gaskets are also Jaguar parts as well as a few other ods and ends on the engine.
