Vacuum Leak

When I put the gear selector in reverse or drive I hear a vacuum leak from this part that is connected to the steering column.. I don't remember anything being here

Probably a leak on the automatic parking brake release.

I upgraded to disc brakes and current do not have a parking brake.. Should I just plug it?

If you have no intention of reinstalling the original parking brake assembly, Guess so, as a vacuum leak could affect engine performance.
