which x-pipe is better for gen2

which of these x-pipes do you guys think is a better/easier to fit when getting dual exhaust done? pic1 or pic2?

2nd one is easier to adapt to mark exhaust because its fairly close to the same width apart as your exhaust needs to be. Plus thats the one everyone else uses.
