when installing old 3 Cobra manifold what happens to the o2 sensors do you need a mid pipe or have the exhaust run up to the manifold and weld a bong for the o2 sensor or run without them completely

You'll weld bungs into the downtubes just downstream of the collectors.

do you have to have the o2 sensors or just the front ones on my last tune with the headers they deleted the rear o2 sensors but used the front ones because the headers had the bong 4 the o2 sensorswithout the front o2 sensors it will probably run like s***anybody run without them because I'm deleting the EGR anyway

You absolutely must retain the primary O2 sensors. The secondary O2's can be disabled in the tune file.
