P0430 Driver or Passenger Side?

Ive searched and it seems ppl say its one or the other. I keep getting this code every month and its the rear o2 for sure I believe on the driver side. I have a brand new cat on the driver side so wondering if its the passenger?

Bank 2 is the left (driver's) side.

Before you replace the cats
I would recommend you try using prestolite cataclean
Its supposed to clean your cats and get them working like new
It will even clean the o2 sensors
So its worth a try

Not all catalytic converters are the same. Some people have trouble with some of the replacement brands from the very start of using them.

i had p0430 recently on my 04 v6. it was the driver side cat that was shot. dropped it out and shook it and you can hear everything rattle inside. replaced it and now just a code for the o2 sensor that goes inside the cat needs replaced. no biggie though
