When I saw 1wykdmk8's post about his Barracuda...I remembered, I had one too...Mine was a Black 68 with Cragar wheels...how could I forget that one??? I sold it to get married and used the money to furnish my livingroom! Those were beauty cars.

Where do I begin..... I am currently on vehicle 20... My first was a 1978 Mercury Bobcat.... the premier Pinto.... It was quite the ride... I used to love picking up tail in a Bobcat! Lets you know you are doing something right. My current vehicles are all 2002's, a Chevy Avalanche Z66 with only 16K, my Camaro with 35K and my LS with 34K.

I love the combination.... I have the perfect vehicle to match the mood and the outing...

My First Car

My First car was a 1970 Fastback Mustang. Stock 302 2bbl, Auto, and wholes in the floor so you can see the road as you drive. and now after a long resotration that my dad and I did as a father son project. I have two pics at the link below. One of the pics was taken in the early 70's and the little guy next to the car is me. The other pic is what the car looks like today

My first car was a 1973 Dodge Charger SE.

I don't have any pics of the Charger, but i found this pic of a 1973 Dodge Charger SE so you can get an idea of what i had it was Black on Black, Damn i wish that i still had that car!!

1970 chevelle malibu 2 door, 307 automatic. when i first got it it burned more gas than oil....

1969 Ford Falcon coupe... all original with a 302-2V , C4, 8" with 3.08 limited slip (manual drum brakes and manual steering), dog dish hubcaps, all-black bench seat interior, and that lime green on the outside. I bought it in 1990 from the original owner, and by 1992, it had been totalled and crushed. Wish I had known what it was when I had it, 'cos I've not seen another like it. Lighter and faster than my high school buddy's '70 Mustang Grande coupe with the same powertrain.

Hmmm, well my first car was a 197? Pinto that was shot. I didn't have a DL yet so I traded it for a Honda CB450 that had Harley Springer forks on it. Got my DL and picked up a 1971 Big Block 4spd Chevelle. Been through over 50 cars since then. My 06' Mark VIII is the latest I bought while my 405whp 02' WRX is down due to yet another shot clutch!

1969 Mustang Coupe, 302 2 bbl with 3 spd. Now 351 4 bbl with 4 speed. Then 93 Chevy K1500 Z71 350 with granny low 5 spd. Currently 2003 LS V8 Sport in addition to the other 3. Now I'm covered: one for racing, one for working, and one for traveling.

1967 Pontiac GTO. 400 Hypo, Turbo tranny w/His and her Hurst shifter and 4:78 rear end. Stop light screamer @ aprrox 430 hp. Man do I ever wish I had that car back.

My first was a '72 Olds Cutlass. Bought it in '81 for $700.00 and drove it out to San Deigo to go back to the Navy the same week. Kept it for 3 years, then sold it for a ticket back to St. Louis.

79 Dodge Omni 024,
89 Ford Festiva,
81 Ford Feista,
89 Pontiac Gran Prix.
91, Ford Escort lx,
98 Ford Contour se sport
(last 2 trade in on the 2000 LS)

1980 chevrolet citation X-11 2.8 H.O. manual. Was a great car for me, and kind of fast, when my buddy bought it a year later it turned into a nightmare.

87' Merc Cougar 20th anniversery edition, 5.0HO, bought it myself, fixed it myself, wrecked it myself...DOH

My first car was an 86 Ford LTD with the police package . . . V8 HD suspension, a lot more fun then I thought it would be. Got it for free too . . . was sitting under a pine tree in this guys yard for years, the owner told me if I could get it started it was mine. About an hour later and a can of starting fluid I was on my way!

1988 Cadillac Seville, which I still drive today. Just got a 1968 Saab Sonett as a project car.

'67 Dodge Dart with a slant-6. I was 14, bought it for $50. I coulnd't get my permit in NY until I was 16, but that never stopped me. Heh.
