I know that the parts or very similar. Just try and ask a service tech at ford. But, when I look for parts on my conti they are match ups to the Taurus such as struts, sway bars , wheel hub assembly etc.
Sorry, you can also try new key fabs because even though you change the battery the buttons wear out. The code for door I would have to say spend the money on a dealer to check it our or maybe a locksmith. I had my new keys programmed by locksmith and they also had to reset the system to add a key.
