Hello joegr, You definitely seem to know your stuff!! I have a question about my 2005 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series with 172K. It has not been driven for about 18 months. The transmission makes a whining sound when the car goes over 30 mph. Could it be the seals? I don't know. Please HELP!!!!!!

I totally agree wih MAC1. However, this is NOT true for my Deville. I have a 97 DeVille and have been having overheating problems. Mine heats up to 260 degrees sometimes. We checked the thermostat, hoses, fans, radiator. The engine is running well. No blown heads or anything like that. So...
