LOL... which is the passenger kick panel?

Thanks, I actually took a look at a friends manual. It's too vague. Here is what it said word for word "The Fuse panel is located under the right hand side of the instrument panel. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses." No diagram showing where they are talking about... no further...

Just bought my first Navigator... 2003... very nice... but can someone... for the sake of all that is good ... tell me how to locate the fuse panel on this thing? Anybody? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated... Thanks, David
