Speed limiting is calculated from the ABS sensors....can't get around that without changing wheel diameter or a different EEC. Governed to 116MPH with stock tires.

Well, the question was about an '89 and there was no diesel option in '89 so I didn't add that info :D

Actually, trac-loc was only optional on LSC's in '89 and there were no ratio choices...BB = 3.08 open and LSC = 3.27 open (trac-loc optional) I don't believe the 2.73 was used in any Mark VII, only in 5.0 mustangs w/manual transmission. Put in the autolites, FMS wires cost about $50 and you can...

As a reference when I bought my Pro-Flow bullit MAF systemI got everything included and the instructions came with the right info for the Mark VII (did my conversion before I discovered the internet :D )
