got it all done thanks guys this forum helped alot. Tireman your writeup was great in getting this cleaned and to make sure all was in working order i tested it on the bench by putting power to it.
I tested my other dccv my unplugging it with the engine running at full operating temp and still never got any heat. When i run the self check i get no codes

No its just an extra car so i havent messed with it. Probally havent drove it but 3 times over the past year, but i did just get another dccv so ill be putting it in this weekend. Hopefully that fixes it then im going to try and sell cause i just dont need it.
i have a 2000 lincoln ls v6 5speed and i only get cold air blowing no matter what its set to. Coolant has been flushed refilled and completly bled out and still no heat what should i try next to get this going its getting pretty cold out now.
