Just had XM put in the 2005 LS with the Navigation system. The interface is useually a Sirrius unit but the installer had an XM unit to put in so I took that because I XM at home and like it. He programmed the SAT button and installed the receiver unit. Antenna is under the dash, not seen. Fully integrated with the DVD.

The stealer looked at me like I was from outer space when i asked them to do it? They know NOTHING about it, and don't want to know!

There are Visteon kits and some other kits on the market and an independant installer is best. They charged $400 for a CLEAN factory level install of the XM unit and $300 for the DVD screen hook up (mod).

I'm going back next week to have the adapter installed to have the factory Nav screen display the DVD or Game signal that runs the screens in the headrests! Then I'll be sporting 3 DVD screens!

Then maybe the Ford bluetooth card to get the cell phone into the Nav unit for voice command cell phone use. This is $400. :L

I installed the XM put in my Cobra. One of the best things I have ever done. I too installed the antenna under the dash and have had absolutely no reception issues.

So you'll be able to watch 3 different porn movies at the same time?
