well I finally got it in the shop they replaced a switch that didn't work the mechanic said it was something electrical either the control unit or some black box by the radiator. either way the a/c has worked once since then but doesn't currently.
I converted mine because everything was shot and my car is honestly not that nice it is a $400 car. If I had a nice car with mostly new parts and just needed the struts I would keep the air ride.
if the original owner spent that much maintaining the system and all it needs are new struts I would just get the air struts. I have converted mine and the ride is no where near what a lincoln should be
well I did the tune up today and drove it 150 miles without a problem so I hooked the speaker back up what were they thinking when they designed that connection with the ribbon....
I went to close my trunk and all of a sudden it doesn't close. I adjusted the latch on the lid all the way down and it will latch if you slam it real hard but I don't think it should be like that any ideas?
Pull the panel below the weel and disconnect the black box with 4 holes in it and you will not have to listen to that sound when your oil pressure drops off or the check dcl comes on. I always watch my gauges so it doesn't bother me and I have the auto headlamps so I don't worry about leaving...
