My car displays "traction disabled" and doesn´t make gear changes, only first gear and reverse. transmision fluid is OK. Please help me with this problem. Thanks

Please help me with this problem. Thanks Have you had your trany looked at recently? You may have a problem with one of your silinoids (I don't know how to spell that) I had a problem with my traction disabled display once and it just ended up being that the mechanic didn't properly plug the sensors in when he was putting on new shocks for me. Have your silinoid checked and make sure your sensors are properly attached. Hope this helps! :C TJAXFF July 25th, 2005, 01:11 PM I have a 1998 Eldo, so, don't know about the 94. But I have a button to enable or disable my traction control, and its located behind the glove box door along with the Valet button. Could your car have this too? | ||||
