is that a good brand tranmission Fluid
that what they put in my car

If they swapped the fluid with some machine, it's no good. You have to drain the torque converter and the lines too. That damn "swap" method leaves junk oil in you system. Not to mention that your filter remains possibly contaminted.

As for Penzoil, it's OK fluid. I would have used synthetic as added insurance, but that will cost you more. Next time, drain the tranny completely and fill with Mobil 1 ATF...

and i was told not to yous synthetic in the tranny
