84 Lincoln LSC Mark VII.
The suspension on it is shot,
the body has a few dings,
but the motor is awesome!

My teenagers are trying to talk us into keeping it...

Any ideas on how much we should ask for it?
BTW, It's black on black.

$300.00 to $1500.00 don't be dissapointed by an offer of $750.00 but ask $1500.00 if you've got patience.

Suspension is $400.00 to $1600.00 depending on DIY or DEALER repaired.

I second that offer if it's got the carbureted 5.0, how many miles?

I am reposting this from the welcome forum:

The '84 Lincoln LSC Mark VII has a 4.9 litre OHV pushrod V8,
otherwise known as a detuned 5.0, same as the '84 Mustang GT,
but ours has a 4 barrel carb instead of Mustang's 2 barrel.
...

How many miles? 160,744,
It has a digital dash.

BTW, the interior is gray and black leather,
not all black as I formerly stated.
Oops! <blush>

I am considering your offer.
My son may have a friend with a Mustang...
He may want to buy the motor.
If so, I will probably sell it as a parts car.
If not, I just may drop you a line.
Thanks for the offer.

PM me if you part it out I may be interested in seats if they're in good condition. From where I live I can be in Youngstown in about 65mins! :L

I'd be interested in a parts car too. Especially the brake proportioning valve, interior pieces, rear decklid. But whole car would be nice.

Just so you know,
the car runs!
It also stops. :O)
If the suspension was fixed
we just might keep it in the family.
I will definitely let you know what's up,
one way or the other.

Yes.
CFI.
Central Fuel Injection.

Also referred to as carbuerated by old farts like me that see a round air filter housing and say, "That's carbeurated damnit!"
