hi
i got a 5.0 engine (in a mustang)that came of from a 1990 linc.
the engine came with its map, ecm, wiring, trans etc.
the car does not run well. no codes in scanner. map works, gets 5 v from ecm. all ground is good. temp volts between 2.5v to 1v. o sensors goes from 0.9v to 0.15v. fuel pressure is good & responding to vaccum - means that pump & fuel pressure regulator is good. injectors are new.
the ecm number is E7SF-12A650-XD. I THINK IT IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE!
can any one tell me what is the correct ecm?

Is this what you have?

The Lincoln motor has a different firing order for injectors and spark plugs.

1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8 = Lincoln motor.
1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 = Mark 7 & Mustang motor.

You can either change the camshaft or the injector wiring harness and the firing order on the top of the distributor cap.
