MAF adapters ?

I was looking to get a Maf adapter of some sort to fix a conical filter on the stock maf unit. Anyone know of a unit that will work ?. Just a nice lightweight aftermarket one would work fine. I have some custom work to be done and this needs to be complete before it gets started.

Thanks again.

I'm glad you finally decided to do some performance mods to that thing. I was going to start labeling you as a ricer with that hood of yours with nothing under it! Just kiddin, didn't Brad make an adapter of some sort? I don't see why you couldn't use air duct fixtures and figure something out.

It all takes time, Dave. I finally got the car back from the body shop and haven't got a chance to work on it for a while. Hopefully I should have this custom ram air set-up done soon.
Yes, Brad does make one, but I don't want him to waste his time when I could buy one that weighs less and costs less.

P.S. Geno thanks for the reply.

Thanks again. :)

You could always grind down the corners of your stock unit for FREE.

Thats what I did. :)

Ok does anyone else know of a aftermarket company that makes a maf adapter. I searched UPR and couldn't find squat. I then went to 50Resto and they had a maf adapter kit with the K&N for $169.00 ! Are these people out of their right minds.... But anyways.

Any other options would be appreciated. I really want to get a move on this, so I'm going to ask the professionals here. :) Thanks again.

Brad (MarkofDeath) just helped me find a 80mm adapter from www.kustomz.com for $44.95. That includes the adapter, bolts, and washers. I'm still going to check out a few more sites to see if I can find a cheaper price, but if not, I'm buying from here.
I'm sick of looking. :give
