What would be required to make my Mark OBD II? Does anyone have a parts list for the conversion?

so that I can control all OBD II parameters in car with my laptop. When it comes down to it, if all it takes is a new wiring harness and ECM, it's cheaper than buying a chip and getting it reburned whenever I want to try something new, and it allows me to control more aspects of my car's performance, thus making my mark viii hobby more engaging.

So it would take only an engine harness and ecm? or do some sensors have to be changed as well?
