The problem I am having is that the passenger door panel doesn't attach to the door tight enough to allow for the lock to pop up and down. If you press on the panel while hitting the lock/unlock button the locks work perfectly, release the pressure and it doesn't work at all. Any way to tighten the attachment points? The confusing thing is that the pasenger door fits better then the drivers door but i have no issues with the dirvers side door. Thanks for the help.

The two things that I've seen people do is completely replace the push pins with new OEM pins from Ford.

The other may not be the most cosmetically sound way but works really well.

Sheet metal screws into pre drilled holes.
