Do any of the accesories (a/c,water pump, etc) from a 95 SOHC swap over to a 93-96 Mrk VIII engine? I found a few for sale local but they consider complete with no a/c compressor, starter, etc. Wondering if $700 will be worth it or find one cheaper online and pay $200 for shipping to get one complete with everything.

Everyting does. What is wrong with yours? You need a compressor?

Good to know. Actually I have a 95 T-Bird with a 4.6 SOHC, and I am going to be doing a Mark DOHC, and I found one local but the guy said it doesn't come with a starter a/c compressor, etc. I want to make sure everything swaps over so I dont get nickel and dimed to death because I wanted to save a few bucks.

no, the alternator is different. Other than that they are the same. I'm in the middle of porting everything on my DOHC and trying to find some parts.

Too bad you are not closer, I am selling the rest of my mark VIII with a good running engine (106,000 miles) and good tranny, all wiring, rearend, etc for $500. Interior is going to Mespock, front has been bashed in an accident, but the driveline is in great shape. I'm going to be looking for someone to come and haul it away.

Wish I had the extra $500 right now I'd take the whole car!

Shipping would cost $300-$400, so no, I would not ship for that price.
