Hello this is my first post...I have a 93 cadillac sedan deville fwd and the steering is all messed up on it.....When i accelerate it turns fine but if im braking or at a stand still it is extremely hard to turn im pretty sure my power steering pump is fine b/c when i start the car for the first time of the day it is fine until about a minute afterwards...I'd like to hear any suggestions...someone told me it could be the rack and pinion???
