A fuse tap. Availible at Radio Shack for $1.99- just ask for them.

Just to help you out... This is what you are looking for that evillally was talking about. (the gold part on the fuse)

There are other types, but above is the most used. They even make them with the fuse tap made right into/on the fuse.
