Ok so Im making a web page for class and have it looking good, but I need to make a photo smaller, not crop it just scale it down How do i do it with out buying paintshop pro???

ok i found a wird way to do it with winmovie maker but still how do you do it for real?

I always just use paint program within windows. Under the Image tab, goto stretch/skew, and give it the % you wanna cut down on the size of image. So if ya want it half the size, put 50% into horizontal and vertical and its cut down to half the size.

I use Microsoft Photo Draw to adjust my pic sizes. It is what I have on my computer.
Most photo programs have a resize program. Also are you making the web page with a program or just using html? Most programs like Front Page also have a way to work with picture size built in to the program.
