I am having some issues with my car that I believe are self induced,My check engine light has come on and I am getting codes p1506(iac overspeed)and p1519(imrc stuck closed).Now to explain what I did,I first did the seafoam tune-up and everything was fine, then I pulled the throttle body and it was extremely dirty on the back side.The only reason I cleaned it was because it was sticking partly open.I know it says not to clean them,but I had a brainfart and did it anyway.Do I need a new throttle body?Both codes share the same causes as the throttle body being the cause.I also put on a new IAC valve sensor.The car was running great until I :q with it.It has a rogh idle and no power up top.

sounds like the imrcis stuck not allowing the butterflys to the short runners to open up. recheck to se if you knocked something loose in the back while you were doing the other stuff.
