shoulder belt keeps sliding off my shoulder (when I turn my torso left) like a slutty bra-strap. any fixes? (other than "don't turn your torso left"!)

the newer devilles mount the front shoulder belts off a low post on the seatback instead of high on the side of the car like normal.
