The plastic laminate is coming off and looks bad. Any repair possibilities??

No repair really because road debris and salt get under the plastic .
Mine was looking bad when I brought my Aviator. i just brought new one from a vendor on here he gave me a good price for all 4. I had my new ones for 5 years now and one it starting to show a little wear. I coated my new ones with some wax to help protect them .
