Are those pics of the actual emblems, or of the old metal ones?

These are shots of the decals. Except they are reflective, you can't see the reflective qualites in the pics. Ill take new pics of them when they arrive at the end of this week. They are being printed tomorrow.

Those pictured in the ad are both facing to the right. Does the "set" come with one facing left and one facing right or are they all identical to the ad?
