Lincoln Owners Most Satisfied

The latest consumer survey from marketing group AutoPacific finds that Lincoln owners are the most satisfied of all car brands. Each year, AutoPacific asks owners of new vehicles (this year, owners who bought or leased their vehicles from September to December of 2003) about their cars, and has the owners rate their experience in 44 categories. The results can surprise companies: while Lincoln won, and Lexus and Cadillac finished just behind, Toyota finished far down the list at 18th, mostly because of owners' experiences at the dealership. Vehicles that won their individual categories include the following: Acura RSX, Cadillac DeVille, Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Colorado, Chrysler PT Cruiser, Dodge Ram Heavy Duty, Honda Odyssey, Hyundai Santa Fe, Lexus LS 430, Lincoln Navigator, Mazda 6, Mercedes-Benz SL, Mitsubishi Endeavor, Nissan Armada, Nissan Maxima, Pontiac Grand Prix and Volkswagen Jetta.
