I want to replace the factory JBL Amp with an aftermarket amp in my 94 Mark VIII, can I pickup the speaker leads off the factory amp connector or do I have to rewire the whole thing. Does someone have the wiring diagram for the factory amp?

but i would go ahead and put in a cheap head unit and cheap speakers and rewire everything.
even cheap nowadays isn't bad compared to the 17 year old stock system.

I have a new head unit and new speakers ran to the factory amp but it's not highs are not very clear. So the right front and rear are ran together?

yes. its so strange.
the audio guy i trust here in town won't touch mark's cuz it gives him a headache.
you're far enough in, just ditch the stock system.
