I just put my mark back on the road today, and it was running titties! Then i went out for a cruise tonight and it was cold out, so i turned on the defrost to get some heat going...... Then i was driving, and when I let off the gas, the car seemed to keep moving. I came to a stop light, and it was idling around 1,000 rpms! In park it is idling at about 2,000 rpms! I turned off the heat immediately, no difference. I also restarted the car a couple of times, no difference. This sucks! Anybody got any ideas??? I cant even get an inspection sticker like this!

I would check my throttle body linkages and air filter.

Has nothing to do with the heater operation
You either have binding throttle / kickdown/ cruise cable --
jammed Idle Air Control Motor or massive vacuum leak --
Move the throttle lever at the Throttle body by hand
and see if it is smooth and coming back to the
Curb Idle stop screw -- If it appears to be ok
Pull off the Idle Air controller and clean valve
test motor or replace unit ---
inspect all vacuum hoses --
disconnect battery for a couple minutes
to remove parameters set in the EEC
Try again --
