Water in drivers side door small storage

My 2004 LS is collecting water in the small storage bin or cup drivers side door only. Raining too good right now to try to tell where its coming from. Its still under warranty but I would hate to lose it a day or so for this. Seems like it could be coming from the engine compartment. Anyone else have or had this problem?

My new 2004 LS (1400 miles) had the same problem in the rain two weeks ago. I have not been to the dealer for first oil change so I will ask them to fix it and see what they know. I wonder if it is only 2004? Mine was only in the front small pocket in the driver door.

Clean the weather strips on the door, I found a small leaf or bud (from a TREE!) that got caught in the seal and allowing some water in, which dripped down across my speaker grill into that pocket. Haven't had the problem since.

Same here...dirt clump between the seals. Wet rag, problem solved.
